You agree to use Aniqway.com website (the "Website") only for purposes that are permitted by this Terms & Condition and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by Aniqway.com, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Aniqway.com.
You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Terms & Condition and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Aniqway.com may suffer) of any such breach.
You may be required to register with Aniqway.com in order to access certain services or areas of the Site. With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant to you the user name you request. Your user name and password are for your personal use only. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to Aniqway.com including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, Aniqway.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.
These Terms and Conditions apply to M/S Aniq, henceforth known as “Aniqway.com”
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively "Content") is owned or licensed property of Aniqway.com or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Aniqway.com. Aniqway.com and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.
LEGAL CAPACITY TO MAKE AGREEMENTS AND TRANSACT
Please note that all products on the main Aniq way website are designed for Home use and carry a home use warranty only, unless stated otherwise. Any product purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the product description states it is suitable for commercial use.

Buying Items from our Mail Order Returns / Ex-Display Section Items purchased from our mail order returns/ex-display models section of our website may be partially or fully boxed/assembled and may have some sort of cosmetic damage. All goods will have been tested and will be in full working order and covered by a 12months warranty. If there no product warranty will be mentioned separately with the product details
Aniqway.com 'Normal Price' is usually the Manufacturer's or Supplier's Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable. On imported and 'Own Branded' products, our 'Normal Price' is based on equivalent products in the market and can be quantified on request.
Aniqway.com currently offers COD (“Cash on Delivery”) payments and Paypal. However, Cash On Delivery option is only applicable within United Arab Emirates. In order to protect the website visitors to the best of our knowledge, we implement several security policies and certificates. These layers of protection could be by-passed if the user's computer is/was infected with a virus or malicious software. Aniqway.com or its associated partners and employees cannot be held responsible in such a scenario or circumstance.
Aniqway.com reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honour an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. Aniqway.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps including legal action in case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.
All new products sold by Aniqway.com is covered by a minimum one-year parts and labour cover for domestic use only, (excluding consumable parts), unless the item states it is suitable for light commercial or commercial use. In many cases the warranty is greater than this. The warranty on product we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full-on site repair facility or a 'back to base' warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fix (This warranty excludes consumable parts and damage caused by accident, or misuse). Warranty for light commercial or full commercial equipment varies, please contact our sales department to clarify warranty status on individual equipment.
If an item develops a fault, please contact us stating the products you have, (brand and model number), serial number and a brief description of the fault. Aniqway.com will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fix, send an engineer to site, or in some instances, depending on manufacturer, ask that the goods be returned to our warehouse. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection. No goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior authorisation from Aniqway.com. Aniqway.com will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Please note all equipment is warranted for UAE Use. In certain circumstances, we may extend this to cover parts and or labour out with UAE, or we may offer a ‘back to base’ labour warranty. In cases of ‘back to base’ for goods out with UK mainland warranty, the customer may have to cover the cost of shipping to and from ‘base’, for further information, please contact us prior to purchase.
All warranties (Manufacturer and Warranty Plus+) are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer warranty. All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by Aniqway.com which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Aniqway.com take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you feel you have something to complain about please contact us.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our website in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours (2 working days) and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available.
Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods. All refunds must be authorized by our staff.
Your right to cancel
Free 5 days Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days
All aniqway products are not refundable once installed, if any defect or damage on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge. The consumer must open and inspect the product during the time of delivery and if any damages found should inform the delivery team before signing the delivery form.
Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.
All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail our Customer Service Department at the address, please email email@example.com all the costume made furniture are not return after the order confirmation.
No cancellation of order will be accepted after 14 days from delivery of goods.
Goods that we don't normally stock, are not part of our core product line or are specially specified by customers are classed as 'made to consumer specification' and therefore are not covered by distance selling regulations.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES ANIQWAY.COM 'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. ANIQWAY.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. ANIQWAY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT ANIQWAY.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to ANIQWAY.COM and ANIQWAY.COM shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the Terms and Conditions of this User Agreement.
This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
